Paralamyctes (Nothofagobius) mesibovi Edgecombe, 2001 (Order Lithobiomorpha, family Henicopidae, subfamily Henicopinae) Check:
Above: Ventral view of maxillipedes. This red-brown species looks very much like Henicops maculatus and grows to ca. 15 mm in body length. It is easily distinguished from Henicops and P. (Haasiella) sp. by its 4+4 coxosternal tooth formula and the way the tarsi are subdivided. All known collections of P. mesibovi are from Nothofagus-dominated rainforest. The first known collection was in 1989. Localities for P. mesibovi. Scale bar = 100 km.
