Siphonotid sp. E1
(Order Polyzoniida, family Siphonotidae)
Siphonotid sp. E1 is small (to 7 mm long), almost unpigmented and very 'hairy'. Because it is an inconspicuous species, it has probably been overlooked within its range, and it has only been known since 1988. It has been collected mainly in dry eucalypt forest at lower elevations.
Localities for siphonotid sp. E1. Scale bar = 100 km.
