QVMAG volunteer guides provide free tours of the Museum and Art Gallery.
The Museum tour focuses on the historical significance of the site to Launceston as a Railway Workshop and changes that occurred during the Second World War. Meet your guide at the information desk in the Museum foyer - bookings not required.
QVMAG provides a number of guided tours for groups that can be booked for a $10 booking fee plus an additional $6 per person. Tours available include:

- The Art of Still Life
- First Tasmanians: Our Story
- Sydney Cove
- Marjorie Bligh: Domestic Goddess
- Native Fauna
- Space Gallery
- Blacksmith Shop
Tours are available each Sunday at 1pm.
