Signs and symbols
Students will examine a range of symbols used by a variety of First Nations people. Artist, Vicki West will inspire the students to create their own artwork, using signs and symbols important to oneself.
This could include either:
- Possum skin bracelets,
- Repouseé work on metal shim
- Shell and natural object necklace stringing
