Join us for a special Pride Month event with Dr Catriona, an award-winning science communicator and educator.

The night sky holds many stories. Beyond the familiar constellations lies a rich history of mythology, identity and connection…

Have you ever wondered or 'queer-ied' what they are?

Among the 88 constellations recognised by the International Astronomical Union, many are based on Greek mythology – with some constellations that are trans, non-binary, or not heterosexual.

Hercules, for example, has his own constellation in the sky, and many stories of him revolve around his many relationships with both men and women.

This special Pride Month presentation guides you on a journey through outer space to explore the LGBTQIA+ stories hidden in the stars above.
