Science in the Pub: Trivia Night 2026

Think you know your fossils from your ferns? Your corals from your clouds? It's time to put your knowledge to the test...

Grab a drink and a pizza and settle in as we test your knowledge for the annual QVMAG Science Week pub trivia night at DuCane Brewery!

We’ll be quizzing you on everything from under the sea and weather science, to science movies, niche areas like cleaning products and species of moth, and testing out your lateral thinking skills in some special mini-game challenges.

Joined on the evening by QVMAG's very own quizmasters, you’ll be tested and challenged on your general science knowledge to be in the running for a prize pack filled to the brim with goodies from the QVMAG Shop.

What’s not to love?! So ...what are you waiting for? Gather up your team, choose a name, and get set to join a battle of the minds for Science Week 2026.

• Please arrive 6pm for a 6:30pm start.
• If you're looking to grab a bite to eat before the event, we highly recommend booking a table in the main dining hall to dine prior to the trivia fun starting - all dining bookings can be made via contacting DuCane Brewery directly.

5. With the exception of consenting to the collection of photos and videos, failure to provide this information may result in your ticket purchase request not being able to be accepted or processed.
