Following a sold-out season at the Launceston Planetarium in 2025, Tasmania's cosmic psych-rock pioneers Golden Sunbird return to QVMAG on Saturday 18 July.
Fresh from their nationwide Planetarium Tour, the band will conclude their interstellar journey beneath the immersive dome of the Launceston Planetarium.
Combining live original music and spoken word with breathtaking full-dome visuals, Cosmic Frequencies transforms the Planetarium into a multi-sensory voyage through time, sound and space.
Be surrounded by expansive progressive rock soundscapes and otherworldly imagery – an experience that blurs the boundaries between concert, art installation and cosmic exploration.
The band's return follows overwhelming audience demand after their previous Launceston Planetarium performances sold out, cementing Cosmic Frequencies as one of the most distinctive live music experiences to take place beneath the dome.
