Three days, three immersive workshops. Join us in the lead up to International Women's Day at the Art Gallery at Royal Park.

About this event

This is one of three events held in the lead up to International Women's Day at the Art Gallery at Royal Park. Be inspired by the exhibition Herself to share your stories through art, sound and spoken words facilitated by role models from within our community from the fields of education, arts, and music.

The workshop will start with an interactive tour of the exhibition Herself, featuring works from female artists within the QVMAG collection. This workshop will guide you through the stories of works on display, and the women behind them in dialogue with Di Nailon.

The workshop will lead into an interactive spoken word activity based on the International Women's Day theme for 2022 #BreakTheBias and reverberating Herself exhibition, as Di responds to the stories of group members, alongside her own experiences.
